\n1. Display or publishing of Information Brochure by the Competent Authority;
\n2. Filling Online Application Form by Candidate for participation in the Centralised Admission
\nProcess<\/p>\n
\nform.Uploading of scanned images of valid necessary original
\nb) documents as per the requirement of the admission while filling of online application form;
\nc) The candidate shall take printout of the submitted application form and sign it.
\n3. Document Verification at Facilitation Centre by the Candidate through the method prescribed by
\nthe Competent Authority for this purpose. It is mandatory on the candidate\u2019s part to produce all
\noriginal documents in support of the claim made in the application form.
\n4. Due to COVID-19 outbreak and present lockdown, and to curb its spread, the Competent
\nAuthority may do this by E-Scrutiny mode
\n5. Display of Category wise Seats (Seat Matrix) available for CAP Rounds; The competent authority
\nshall publish the information on the website about institutes.
\n6. Filling up and Confirmation of Online Option Form having preferences of Colleges\/Institutes.
\n7. Display of Provisional Allotment of respective CAP Rounds indicating allotted institute
\n8. If a candidate is allotted the seat as per his first preference, such allotment shall be auto freezed
\nand the candidate shall accept the allotment so made.
\n9. Candidate who have been allotted seat other than the first preference given by the candidate,
\nCandidate can Freeze it AND they are not eligible for further rounds
\nOR
\nCandidate can float it AND they are eligible for further rounds Total 3 CAP round is conducted by
