By\u00a0 developing a comprehensive outline for each vertical, a progressive learning experience\u00a0 is ensured over the 5 years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure a well-rounded education, we have developed a detailed outline for each\u00a0 vertical, mapping out the subjects across all years and carefully considering possibilities\u00a0 for integration. This allows us to determine the focus areas for each semester and explore\u00a0 opportunities for horizontal integration, particularly when it comes to implementing\u00a0 knowledge from technical subjects into the realm of design across different semesters.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the key advantages of this system is that it enables us to introduce additional\u00a0 workshops, seminars, and guest lectures at the most opportune moments\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the beginning of each semester, we organize academic meetings to formulate the\u00a0 academic documents for that particular period. These documents serve as a roadmap\u00a0 and outline the goals and objectives for the year. We take into account valuable\u00a0 feedback received from the previous year&#8217;s Batch coordinators and align our objectives\u00a0 with those outlined in the vertical.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our subject team then engages in a thorough deliberation process to define the\u00a0 objectives of each subject, taking into consideration the objectives of the SPPU syllabus\u00a0 as well. This careful alignment ensures that our curriculum is well-rounded and in line with\u00a0 the standards set by the university. Moreover, this system also allows individual faculty\u00a0 members to implement their expertise and explore their thrust areas, fostering their\u00a0 personal growth as educators.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To monitor the progress and make necessary adjustments, we conduct regular reviews\u00a0 every four weeks. These reviews enable us to stay on track and address any potential\u00a0 issues promptly. This iterative process ensures that we are constantly refining and\u00a0 enhancing the learning experience for our students.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mutual trust and respect\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We prioritize maintaining a high level of respect in our approach to imparting knowledge\u00a0 in architecture education. This entails fostering continuous one-on-one interaction with\u00a0 students, engaging in design discussions, enhancing skill sets, resolving technical\u00a0 intricacies, and exploring appropriate research methods. We also emphasize\u00a0 demonstrating effective ways of interacting with communities and collaborating with\u00a0 resource persons, as well as seeking permissions for visits to diverse buildings. By upholding\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">respect throughout these interactions, we ensure a nurturing environment that\u00a0 encourages students to thrive and develop into well-rounded architects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Internal Faculty Development Initiatives\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The management at Aayojan, Pune, has fostered an environment of trust and freedom\u00a0 for its faculty. Through conducting workshops and inviting guest speakers and expert\u00a0 educationists, they have demonstrated their commitment to the continuous\u00a0 improvement of teaching and learning methods. This approach has proved invaluable\u00a0 for the faculty, empowering them with new knowledge and skills that have a lasting\u00a0 impact. Faculty employ reliable tools to assess\u00a0 students&#8217; learning styles and personalities, while also relying on their personal instincts. By\u00a0 identifying individual strengths, skills, interests, and capabilities, students are encouraged\u00a0 to assume leadership roles in the student council and various clubs. The clubs, including\u00a0 Sketching, Movie, Poetry, and Photography, are entirely student-run. Furthermore,\u00a0 students who require additional academic attention are identified, and flexible learning\u00a0 outcomes are provided, along with mental and academic support. Lastly, students who\u00a0 have not yet discovered their strengths are recognized and empowered through\u00a0 confidence-building measures, starting with small steps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Unique Surroundings\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Located on the outskirts of Pune, in the serene village of Warawadi, our institution offers\u00a0 a unique learning experience surrounded by the beauty of nature. It provides a\u00a0 conducive environment for holistic education, rooted in history, inspired by nature, and\u00a0 preparing students for a future in harmony with their surroundings. Here, students are\u00a0 provided with an environment free from the distractions of city life, such as the bustling\u00a0 crowd and constant vehicle honking.
