1. FAQsQ.1. What is the course available and what is duration of course? Ans. We have two courses :- 1. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is Under Graduate degree course of 5 years duration.  2. Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) is Post Graduate course of 2 years duration. Q.2. What is the eligibility of course? Ans. Eligibility for B.Arch.:- No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless se/ she has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.Eligibility for March.:- The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the post graduate course in architecture. First priority to be given to Gate cleared candidates. Q.3. How can we take admission in your Institution? How can apply? 

   Ans. B.Arch.:- Admissions are done through Sate counseling authority called REAP-2020 (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) (www.reapraj.com). 

   1. Arch.:- Admissions are done through counseling process by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota called CAM-2020 (Centralized Admission for M.Arch.) (http://www.rtucam.org).

   Q.4. What is the merit criteria? 

   Ans. Merit for B.Arch. will be prepared by admission authority REAP as per weightage of 50% marks in 12th / Diploma and 50% weightage to entrance exam i.e. NATA / JEE (Paper-II). 

   Q.5. What is Intake in B.Arch. & M. Arch. course? 

   Ans. Intake in B. Arch.:- 140 seats (98 seats for Rajasthan candidates, 21 seats for OR, 21 seats for Management Quota).

   Intake in M. Arch. (Urban Design) :-  20 seats 

   Q.6. What is the course fee? Fees is to be paid yearly or semester-wise. 

   Ans. Fees is decided by “State Level Fee Fixation Committee.” Presently the fees is Rs. 85000/- per year + caution money Rs. 7500/- + RTU development fees Rs. 3000/- for B. Arch. and M. Arch. for session 2022-23. 

   Fess for session 2020-21 will be paid as per decided by State Government. Fee will be paid semester-wise. 

   Q.7. Is there any admission form of college which is to be filled? 

   Ans. College enquiry form is available on our website https://www.aayojan.edu.in/jaipur/admissions-enquiry-form/ After admission is confirmed, an admission form will be filled by the candidate at the time of reporting with all required documents. 

   Q.8. Is there hostel facility for Boys & Girls separately?  What is the fees? 

   Ans. Boys and Girls hostels are available separately with mess facility. Fees of hostel is Rs. 90,000/- per academic session and hostel security is Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable). Hostel fees may be paid in two installments.

   Q.9. Is transport facility available in college? 

   Ans. Yes, transport facility is available. 

   Q.10. Are sports and co-curricular activities available in college? 

   Ans. There are many sports events and co-curricular activities are organized in the college like Volleyball, Basketball, Chess, Table Tennis, Badminton and Cultural Events etc.
