UG Course - B.Arch
Duration: Five Years
Eligibility: Passed in 10+2 scheme with PCM or 10+3 Diploma with Maths
Intake: 140 (One Hundred and Forty)
The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a comprehensive 5-year course that develops an Architect Aspirant into a socially responsible, technically capable, and design oriented professional Architect.
Eligibility for B.Arch. (As per COA Notification)
No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.”
FEES:
The fee as notified by the Director Technical Education & Govt. of Rajasthan are as under:
1. Rs. 1,50,000.00 Per Year
2. Rs. 3,000.00 RTU Development Fee (One Time)
3. Rs. 7,500.00 one time Caution Money (Refundable)

SEATS ALLOCATION:
Through REAP 70% of the total seats for Rajasthan Candidates, through RPET 15% of the total seats for Out side Rajasthan Candidates and through Management 15% of the total seats.
