Aayojan school of architecture along with DRONAH foundation, Jaipur successfully organised a seminar on ‘HOUSING IN 2050: Challenges, Opportunities & Way Forward’ on September 25, 2021 as part of Awas par Samwad series under PMAY-U.
The seminar was bifurcated into four sessions addressing ‘Role of the private sector in Affordable Housing’, ‘Community engagement & Good practices in social housing projects’, ‘Housing as a right: Approaches, strategies and implementation’ and ‘Significance of Traditional Housing in finding solutions for future’.
The seminar aimed at establishing an active forum that enables interaction amongst students, professionals and urban practitioners participating through both online and offline modes, to learn about government policies and frameworks and explore opportunities and techniques for future implementation of housing programmes.
