‘Citizenship, Outreach & Engagement’ for Jaipur Sthapana Diwas
The spirit of Jaipur was celebrated on the occasion of Jaipur Sthapana Diwas on 18th November 2021, focussing on the theme of ‘Citizenship, Outreach & Engagement’ for safeguarding heritage integrity of Jaipur walled city. An exhibition on the ‘Documentation of Hawa Mahal, Jaipur’ was prepared under the guidance of Professor Kiran S. Mahajani, Principal & Director, Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur and curated by Professor N.S. Rathore, Dean, Academic Affairs & Professor Archana Rathore, Associate Dean & Head, Documentation.
The program was scheduled for 2 days and divided into 4 sessions and was concluded by musical performances by JAJAM Foundation, Jaipur. The event also included a workshop on ‘Jaipur City – A UNESCO World Heritage Site’ and a walking tour of Hawa Mahal.
