Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for admission in 1st Year of 5-Years B.Arch. Degree Course shall be as follows: 

No candidate shall be admitted to B.Arch. Course unless she/ he has passed in 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory OR Pass in 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as the case may be.

AND

The candidates needs to qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by Council of Architecture i.e. National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Main (Paper-II).

AND

The weightage of 50 percent marks for aptitude test and 50 percent marks in the qualifying examination as provided in sub-regulation (1) will be given for admission to 1st year of B.Arch. course.

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for admission in 1st Year of B.Des. (Interior Design) Degree Course shall be as follows: 

No candidate shall be admitted to B.Des. Course unless she/ he has passed in 10+2 scheme of examination with any stream OR Pass in 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as the case may be.

Intake: 30 Seats

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates seeking admission for M.Arch. programme shall participate in the CAM.

Candidate must ensure following minimum qualification.

A candidate must hold B.Arch. degree from any recognized University / Institution or any other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto by competent authority.

Candidate must have minimum 50% (5.75 CGPA on 10 points scale and equivalent) and 45% (5.25 CGPA on 10 points scale and equivalent) in case of SC/ST, as per requirement of COA

Intake: 20 Seats
